At Dolce Glow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sunless tan results, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on eligible items. Please note that due to the nature of our beauty products, items must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unopened products in the original shipping box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
